Our list of Ingredients
How and why we choose each ingredient
Keeping the ingredients list short and choosing natural and organic ingredients were key concepts that I learnt from my mother and grandmother. Along the way, I found that responsible sourcing is also just as important as choosing them for their properties and benefits.
Our skincare products are all about merging the lines between health and beauty. The ingredients we choose have nourishing properties that synthetic products might lack.
A lot of my time and effort is spent choosing and sourcing my ingredients. I’ve done extensive research to ensure that I am using USDA organic certified, ethically and sustainably-grown ingredients. For example, you may notice that I do not use palm oil in my products, due to the extensive deforestation that often results from its production. I meticulously pick and use natural ingredients that are minimally processed and still full of their beneficial properties. All of my ingredients are also plant-based, sourced from materials such as vegetables, fruits, flowers, herbs, seeds, nuts, stems, and leaves.
At BramiPure, the term “plant-based ingredients” lets you know that our products are made with pure plant ingredients - no synthetics. Sometimes products labeled “vegan” may include synthetic or petroleum-based ingredients. Our product line is free of fillers, preservatives, synthetic stabilizers, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes or pigmentation, chemicals, parabens, toxins, sulphates, and phthalates.
I am happy to share the full list of ingredients I use in our Skincare Collection and the benefits they have:
