SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING
At this present time, we support US domestic shipping only. We offer Shipping option choices for you to decide. Shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping option selected by the customer when the order is placed. We make most of our products once a week in small batches so the products are fresh. All orders placed are processed as soon as it is placed.
The shipping charge is based on the customer’s address, weight, and size of the package. Occasionally we might have to revise the shipping rates for any special requests, in which case we will reach out to you for approval before charging the revised amount.
All orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping within the United States.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. You will receive another email when the order is shipped, along with a tracking number.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER or ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We strive very hard to get the packages to you as quickly as possible. We start processing the orders as soon as it is submitted. For that reason, we cannot accept any order cancellations or changes to the order.

SHIPPING BODY BUTTER
Our products contain natural, unrefined, raw ingredients without any synthetic stabilizers, so variations in color, smell and appearance is very much possible. Please understand that we are trying to use ingredients in the most natural state possible so the ingredients will hold its benefits for the skin.
Whipped body butter is made by whipping which incorporates air into the product. Due to the whipped nature of the product during shipping the product might settle or melt during shipping. This will not affect the content net weight even though the jar does not appear to be full.
During summertime, the product might appear solid than whipped this does not impact the efficacy of the product.
On sunny or warm days please place the container in the refrigerator for a few hours before opening so it will harden. Otherwise if it has melted it will spill out of the container.
